Vetroplas is now able to offer an even wider range of airless pump tubes via its tube manufacturing partner, CTL/Tuboplast, with the addition of 3 new larger sizes.
The 35mm, 40mm and 50mm diameters, developed in partnership with industry leading pump supplier, Aptar, now offer customers the possibility of filling a much wider range of products for a variety of market sectors whilst enjoying the benefits of airless packaging: protection of the formula, ability to continue dispensing even when pack is upside down and a high evacuation rate.
For skincare products, Vetroplas can offer the Easydose airless tube range with a diameter of 25mm, 30mm and 35mm, all with a choice of pump design.
For suncare and bodycare products, the new larger sizes are available as both a dispenser and a spray pump version, permitting a fill size of up to 250ml.
Vetroplas can offer a huge range of both flexible and laminate tubes through CTL/Tuboplast, a group that operates from state of the art factories in both France and Spain, producing cylindrical and oval tubes complete with a wide range of caps, nozzles and applicator heads. Furthermore, a full range of decoration facilities is available including silk screen printing, offset printing and hot foil blocking.
