Vetroplas and manufacturing partner Eurovetrocap have launched the new Total Wood range of closures.

Total Wood accessories are manufactured using a state-of-the art machine. Thanks to a custom tool the closures’ threads are carved directly into the wood, making the usual threaded plastic insert obsolete.

Standard versions are produced in ash, a wood chosen for its elegant grain.  They are finished with a protective clear gloss bio-based lacquer applied on both the inner and outer sides of the piece.

Lids and screw caps are supplied with an EPE gasket to guarantee tightness.

This new range incorporating the below items now combines the luxurious and tactile feel of wood with ease of recycling post use.

 

Minerbio Total Wood pipette style dropper with 18/415 thread:

This dropper is assembled manually with bulbs in either nitrilic rubber or silicone and may be paired with any of our wide range of compatible standard glass and plastic bottles.

 

Minerbio Total Wood pipette style dropper with 24/410 thread:

This dropper is assembled manually with either nitrilic rubber or PVC bulbs and may be paired with some of our larger volume bottles having a 24/410 thread. There will be a limitation on glass dip tube length so please check with us first.

 

Dispenser Make Up ID Total Wood 18/400

This new pump may be paired with our 18/400 threaded glass bottles: Make Up and Laura XL.

The pump is assembled in-house and can be ordered with either of two styles of actuator. A matching overcap, available in either matt or gloss PP, is secured onto the pump collar.

 

Giotto and Licata Jar lids

Total Wood lids can be supplied for our 5ml and 10ml Giotto mini glass jars, as well as for our 50ml Licata glass jar.

The Licata can also be supplied in recycled glass and, when combined with the all wooden lid, allows for a much more sustainable pack.

 

Laurence Screw caps

Our standard Laurence screw caps are now also available in the new all wood format and can be purchased in two thread sizes: 18/415 and 24/410.

These are the most commonly produced threads on our standard glass and plastic bottles, permitting an extended range of skincare and toiletries complemented by striking wooden accessories.
